SLCH Physician to Host Joint Replacement Lecture on June 23

Newburgh, NY – Dr. Wasik Ashraf, a St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital Center for Joint Replacement, and Orthopedics and Sports Medicine physician, will provide an educational lecture on Joint Replacement at the Hampton Inn in Central Valley, NY on Thursday, June 23 at 6 p.m. The free event, which will be held in the hotel’s Amsterdam Room, will also include light refreshments.  

Dr. Ashraf will discuss when and why one would consider joint replacement as well as what to expect in the recovery process.

Dr. Ashraf specializes in joint replacement and sports medicine. Additionally, he has a particular interest in cartilage restoration and joint preservation. In addition to his work at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital, Dr. Ashraf is part of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, with office locations in Monroe and New Windsor, NY.
