You might be eligible to participate in the CDC Diabetes Prevention Program available at MSLC.
IF YOU …
• Are at least 18 years old AND
• Are overweight (Body Mass Index ≥ 24 or ≥ 22 if of Asian descent) AND
• Have no previous diagnosis of Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes AND
• Have a blood test result in the prediabetes range with the past year OR
• Be previously diagnosed with gestational diabetes OR
• Have a positive screening score on the American Diabetes Association Type 2 Diabetes Risk Test or on a claims-based risk test.

One-On-One Nutritional Counseling
Nutrition counseling is currently offered on Tuesdays at the Cornwall Campus. We offer nutritional counseling at our Newburgh campus on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Many insurance plans cover nutritional counseling services.
