The Medical Group at Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall is located in the heart of the Hudson Valley, with office locations in the Town of Newburgh on Route 300 and on Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall's Cornwall campus, in the quintessential town of Cornwall, NY as well as satellite offices in Goshen, NY.

The Newburgh office offers Primary Care, Occupational Health assessments, and outpatient laboratory services.

The Cornwall office offers Primary Care, an Anemia Center, Hematology and Medical Oncology, Rheumatology, treatment of Infectious Disease, Pain Management, Women's Health, and Palliative Care. The Medical Group also includes a comprehensive Weight Loss Management program with medication assisted treatments, including GLP-1's, as well as bariatric surgery options to assist patients in achieving a healthy weight. Additionally, the Medical Group offers a wide range of surgical subspecialties including general and elective surgery, colorectal surgery as well as cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.
