St. Luke's Cornwall Health System Foundation Welcomes Two New Board Members

Newburgh, NY – The St. Luke's Cornwall Health System Foundation recently announced the addition of two board members, Frederick Dabroski Jr. and Eileen Osterby. 

"Volunteer leadership is imperative to the success of our Foundation and its ability to support the hospital," Tonya Addy, Executive Director of Development said. "Both Fred and Eileen bring dynamic talents to our board, and we are fortunate to have them as members of our team."

Dabroski brings nearly a decade's worth of investment and financial operations experience to the board. Since 2007, he has been on the staff at AllianceBernstein, L.P., a NY based asset-management firm. Dabroski, a Newburgh resident, has wide-ranging experience in the finance industry, and was recently named PC Alternative Operations Coordinator at AllianceBernstein. In his current role, he is responsible for helping to develop and implement fund investment launches and evaluating new product launches across the firms Private Client operations.

Osterby is beginning her second stint on the St. Luke's Cornwall Health System Foundation Board. She has worked the financial services sector for more than 25 years, serving as Vice President & Trust Officer at Orange County Trust Company in Middletown since 2006. A resident of Cornwall, she has extensive experience both in the Hudson Valley and New York City. In addition to her work in Middletown, Osterby has worked at Bloomberg L.P., Fiduciary Trust Company of New York and JP Morgan – Chase.

An active member of the local community, Osterby also serves as Chair of the Board of the Ritz Theater in Newburgh. She completed a term as the Chair of the St. Luke's Cornwall Health System Foundation Auxiliary, and is a past president of the Hudson Valley Estate Planning Council. Osterby also serves as secretary and board member of the Godsmith D. & Mary B. Johnes Home for Aged Couples.
