Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall Names Patricia “Patti” LaFrance March Employee of the Month

Newburgh, NY — Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall (MSLC) is proud to recognize Patricia “Patti” LaFrance, Department Secretary in Center for Rehabilitative Medicine, as its March Employee of the Month.

A valued member of the MSLC family for nearly 17 years, Patti joined the organization in 2009 and has since become an integral part of the Rehabilitation Center team. In her role, she helps ensure seamless scheduling and coordination for patients, playing a vital role in the daily operations that support patient care.

Patti is widely known among colleagues and patients alike for her unwavering dedication, compassionate spirit, and welcoming presence. She greets every patient with a friendly smile and warm demeanor, helping to create a supportive environment that enhances the patient and family experience within the department and throughout the organization.
