Patient Relations

At Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall, our top priority is to provide safe and compassionate care and service.
Our Patient Relations team is here to assist you in any way they can. They are available to answer your questions about the hospital, its policies, and your rights as a patient. As your advocates, the Patient Relations team is also responsible for facilitating a formal review and follow-up if you have any concerns.

For assistance outside of normal business hours, please call (845) 568-2445 and ask for the Nursing Supervisor.
