Event Attire:

The attire for this event is black tie. It is recommended that men wear a tuxedo or dark suit.
Women should wear a floor length gown.

IMPORTANT EVENT DETAILS BELOW – PLEASE READ:
Hired Drivers: If you are using a professional driving service, please let your driver know that they must remain on campus for the entire duration of the event. Once they leave base, they will not be permitted to return.

Personal Drop-Offs: If you were planning to have a friend or family member drop you off and pick you up after the event, please note they will not be allowed access to the base in the evening for pick-up. Please plan accordingly. Ride-sharing services (i.e. Uber, Lyft) are not available at West Point.

Shuttle: You must be pre-registered to take the shuttle from the Cornwall Campus.
BUS RESERVATIONS ARE CLOSED AT THIS TIME
Bus pick-up from Cornwall to West Point/Eisenhower Hall: 5:30pm, 5:45pm.
Bus pick-up from Thayer Hotel to Eisenhower Hall: 6:00pm, 6:15pm

Travel Reminder: There is ongoing construction and lane restrictions on Storm King Mountain/Route 9W. Please allow extra travel time to ensure you arrive promptly at 6:00 pm.

Silent Auction: Our Gala Silent Auction is now live! You can start bidding by clicking HERE—and remember, you do not need to attend the Gala to participate.

Gate to use to enter West Point:
Thayer Gate: 674 Thayer Rd., West Point, NY
Stony Lonesome Gate: 1 Stony Lonesome Rd, West Point, NY

PLEASE NOTE: Unless you have a Military or DOD ID, you will not be able to use Washington Gate. Most GPS systems will take you to Washington Gate. Please enter the address of either The Thayer or Stony Lonesome Gate as noted above.

ID Needed:
Visitors must provide a U.S. ID in the form of a Real ID or an enhanced driver’s license, passport, Military ID, or a Department of Defense Common Access Card.
If you do not have a Real ID, enhanced driver’s license, or a passport, please bring your social security card or birth certificate with your driver’s license.

AT EVENT:
Check-in: When you arrive, please make sure that all of the guests in your group check-in for the event at Registration and provide their cell phone number for important event updates.

Dinner Menu:
Salad - Romaine with mixed greens, strawberry, blueberry, feta, with a poppyseed dressing
Dinner- Filet mignon with stuffed shrimp, potatoes au gratin, grilled asparagus

Paddle Raise:
-During the program of the event, we will host a Paddle Raise, which is a fun and engaging way to support MSLC.
If you haven’t experienced a paddle raise before, it’s an inspiring part of the evening where guests can make a gift by raising their numbered paddle when different donation amounts are called. It’s a simple way to make a big impact, and the energy in the room is contagious.

If you drive to the event, valet parking will be provided.

Bus transportation will be provided from our Cornwall Campus at 21 Laurel Ave., Cornwall, NY as well as the Thayer Hotel

Silent Auction Donations

We are seeking in-kind donations for our silent auction that takes place at the Gala every year. Examples include, but are not limited to: gift certificates, tickets to sporting/entertainment events), memorabilia, gift baskets, and more. Creativity is encouraged. Your in-kind donation will help raise important funds for Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall and is also tax-deductible under the provisions of the law.

West Point Entry Requirements

Visitors must provide, an enhanced drivers license, real ID, military ID, or passport.
Guest license information will be collected ahead of time in the case of an enhanced force protection at West Point. A link will be provided to all attendees ahead of time to avoid long wait times at the visitor’s center to get a pass.
